As with any travel, it's best to check schedules and fares ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience. Additionally, it's important to follow health and safety protocols, including wearing a face mask and face shield, observing physical distancing, and practicing proper hygiene, especially during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.



From Manila, take a bus bound for Batangas City. Several bus companies are operating this route, including JAM Transit, Alps The Bus, and DLTB Co. Travel time is approximately 2 to 3 hours, depending on traffic. Once in Batangas City, take a jeepney or a tricycle to Anilao, about a 30-minute ride away.

Private vehicle

Anilao is approximately a 2.5-hour drive from Manila, depending on traffic. Take the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and then exit at Batangas City. From Batangas City, follow the signs to Anilao, which is about a 30-minute drive away.
