You can go to Kabigan Falls, where it is a 30-45 minute trek from Pagudpud’s main highway. Traveling by plane to Pagudpud is the most convenient and fastest way. The nearest airport in Pagudpud is Laoag airport, which is 78 kilometers away. Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines (PAL) offer direct flights from Manila to Pagudpud, and the flight takes around 45 minutes to get to Pagudpud. Fares cost Php 3,000 to Php 4,5000, but it will be cheaper if you book in advance.
Once you arrive at the Laoag Airport, take a tricycle to the bus terminal. Ride a bus or shuttle going to Claveria Province, and tell the driver to drop you off at Pagudpud. Travel time takes around more than an hour, and the fare costs Php 150 for a one-way trip.
If you prefer to go on a road trip and longer route, you can take the car or the bus. The travel time from Manila to Pagudpud by this mode of transportation takes around 10 to 12 hours. If you prefer taking a bus, G.V. Florida, Victory Liner, or Partas Lines offer direct routes from Manila to Pagudpud. Their terminals are located in Pasay, Taft, and Cubao, and the bus fare costs between Php 700 to Php 900.
